About Me
Art has always been part of my world. My grandmother was an interior designer who opened a furniture showroom in the New York Design Center, and my mother later joined her in the business. I spent countless hours there as a child, surrounded by color, pattern, and texture - an experience that quietly shaped my creative eye. My mother also loved taking me to art museums, and I spent much of my childhood drawing, crafting, and taking art classes at our local art center. These early influences instilled in me a deep appreciation for the visual language of art and design.

My journey eventually led me to the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I deepened my understanding of design and visual storytelling. While I pursued interior design professionally, painting remained my most personal form of expression - a place where intuition leads the way and each piece unfolds organically.

In my studio today, I work with a wide range of materials - paints, inks, markers, pencils, pastels, collage, and touches of gold leaf. I’m drawn to the unique qualities each medium offers and often combine them to explore how movement, texture, and color interact. The process is both playful and meditative, allowing emotion and spontaneity to shape the final composition.
