Due to the unique and often customized nature of my work all sales are final. As a self supported artist I am unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges.

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 7 days.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

An estimated shipping cost based on destination, size, and weight will be provided to you once you have reached out to heathermelvindesigns@gmail.com with an inquiry for a specific artwork.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: 2–4 weeks, depending on customs.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Delays caused by customs are outside of my control.

 

Packaging:

Every artwork is securely packaged using protective materials to prevent damage to the best of my ability.

Original Canvas Paintings: Shipped flat in sturdy boxes.

Original Paper Artworks: Shipped flat in rigid mailers with protective sleeves.

 

Local Pickup:

Free local pickup is available if you live in the New York City Area. If you are interested in this option please let me know in your inquiry email so that we can arrange pickup details.
